Molly began working with Steamfitters Local 353 in March 2026 as a Union Office Professional. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and administration from Bradley University.

Molly resides in Pekin with her husband, Andrew, their two children, Kane and Hadley, and their two beloved pets—Belle, a dog, and Sassy, a cat. In her free time, she enjoys listening to country music, watching Chicago Cubs baseball and Dallas Cowboys football, and staying involved in whatever activities her children are currently passionate about.

Her hobbies include volunteering for just about anything (just ask her husband), decorating birthday cakes, and growing and arranging cut flowers.
