The members of Steamfitters Local #353 have the skillset to perform work from a basic residential application all the way up to and including working in the very demanding nuclear industry. No job is too big or too small for our highly skilled workforce or the Union contractors who hire them.

Steamfitters Local 353: Union Committed to Workers

Steamfitters Local 353 began on June 10, 1911 with twenty-six members. These twenty-six members had a vision of a strong union and a better life. Having one of the most highly trained and productive work forces, the United Association, along with 353, is committed to training so we can stay ahead of our customers. On September 7, 1998, Local 353 broke ground on their new, state of the art training center and office. Local 353 celebrated their 100th anniversary in 2011, and are still growing strong.
